*YOU AGREE TO JOIN ALL GROUPS BEFORE USING THE MAILERS! If you do not join all the groups before using the mailers, I reserve the right to delete your membership until you can assure me that you will join all of them. There will be no refunds if your membership is deleted for failure to join the groups!! No exceptions! If you use the mailers without joining the groups or following the rules you damage the integrity of the whole system and injure the whole membership.

*No Phony Names or Phony Addresses. Management reserves the right to remove anyone using obviously phony information to sign up to this site. If you use a Phony Name or Phony Address you will be removed without any notice.

*All Memberships MUST Be Approved By Management. Please be patient when you sign up. I feel it is imperative to the other group members and to the integrity of this site, that all members be approved before being able to use the site. Please allow about 12 hours for this to take place. I will check all new sign ups often and approve them as I deem fit.

*Do NOT Use This Site for any Pyramid Scheme, any Cash Gifting Scheme, Casino Scheme, Pharmacy Scheme and NOTHING Adult is allowed! All offending members will be deleted without refund! We will also report all illegal schemes to the proper authorities!

*This site is exactly what is described to you. There are no gimmicks or magic tricks here. We provide you with Egroups that have been investigated to make sure that they accept advertising. We have devised mailers that allow you to mail to many of these egroups with one click, making using them affordable and efficient. You do have to JOIN all the groups that you are mailing to. There is no other way to use these groups legitimately. We have devised a way for you to join them quickly and efficiently as is possible.

*You join either as a Pro or a Premium Member. Your FIRST 30 days are Free. At the time of sign up you will have to create a subscription using either Paypal or Alertpay. You may cancel at anytime before the end of your 30 days and pay nothing!!. It is YOUR Responsibility to notify management that you wish to cancel before your 30 days is up!!!. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription at Paypal or Alertpay. If you wish management to cancel your subscription for you, you must submit your request to us in writing, allowing us 48 hours before your 30 days expires.

*All members are paid a GENEROUS 40% commission on all Pro and Premium upgrades. Commissions are paid on your Personally sponsored members. This is paid to you monthly on each member as long as they remain a Pro or Premium member. This will allow you to build a nice residual income. If you cancel your membership you forfeit any commissions you may have earned.

*Our Mailers are divided into 9 Sections. Which means to mail to all the people available you would have to copy and paste your ad more than once. We have found, especially with Yahoo, that they do not seem to do as well when more than a certain number of groups are mailed to at one time. This is because Yahoo calls it "cross posting". Dividing them up seems to helps this problem. It also allows you to join the groups from each mailer quicker, and you can use each mailer as you join the groups associated with that mailer. This will get you to mailing and using the site much faster. This also allows you if you wish to send different ads to each mailer and therefore gives you much more versatility in your advertising. PRO Memberships have access to 3 Yahoo Mailers reaching approximately 450,000.

*You MUST confirm your email before you can become a member whether you are joining as a PRO or as a Premium member. Once you have confirmed your email, the admin must also approve your membership. Please allow a few hours for this to take place. After joining as a Pro or Premium Member you will be taken to the payment options after you confirm your email address.

*Remember that if you use an email provider that will filter out our confirmation email to you, then you will NOT be able to join MoneyDuplicity as your membership is not valid or existant until you confirm.

*Because we give you exactly what we say we are and because you get 30 days absolutely FREE to allow you to see exactly what you are buying, we do not offer refunds. We want you to see that our mailers work BEFORE you pay us anything. If you join as a PRO or Premium member and stop your subscription payments, your membership will be deleted at the end of your current subscription period. unless of course, you make other arrangements with us for your payments.

*We make no promises or claims of income from promoting our site except to pay you commissions as outlined above. Your ability to generate income will depend on YOUR ability to make sales and send referrals to this site.

*We make No Claims or promises of the effectiveness or using our mailers. We promise your ads will go out, however the effectiveness of your campaigns depend heavily on the wording of your ads, your subject lines and what product or business you are promoting.

*We will be adding Niche mailers as time goes on. It needs to be understood that Niche mailers will NOT BE AVAILABLE for blatant advertising. Using a Niche mailer you will be expected to follow the RULES of that group!!! We are offering 1/2 ownership in Niche Mailers. Please see your member's area for more details on this exciting opportunity. When we say Niche mailers we are talking about targeting the groups that you need to promote your business or product to. You may also read about this under Vision in the top menu.

*WE DO NOT allow any adult mailings from our servers. No pornography and NO Hate emails or Political emails. If you wish to do those types of mailings DO NOT JOIN MONEYDUPLICITY. I receive a copy of EACH and every email that is sent out from our servers. I will delete any member found to be violating this rule. You will be deleted immediately with NO REFUND!

*You can use each mailer ONE TIME A DAY! If you violate this rule, you will likely be deleted by the list group owners and you will surely be deleted from Money Duplicity.
